"Nice pool and breakfast. Exactly like my previous experiences at Hampton Inn except this was probably the the fewest people I've encountered when staying with this chain. It was very quiet. Had the pool to ourselves for an hour."

Arriving late, we were pleased to find that despite the office being closed, our check-in was made easy with an envelope left for us to access our room. The room itself was delightfully warm upon our arrival, a welcome relief from the chilly night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was a pleasant surprise with its modern upgrades. The hot water was plentiful, enhancing our relaxation. Additionally, the staff's willingness to cater to our specific requests was truly commendable, making our stay not just comfortable, but memorable. "Check in and check out was very easy. The location was quiet and peaceful for a weekend getaway like we needed after the holidays. The location was perfect for visiting Great Barrington and within walking distance of downtown. When we got there, my husband opened the door saying it was the nicest Quality Inn he's ever been to (and that's saying a lot since he's picky). Would definitely stay there again and recommend it as well!"

"Better than expected! No complaints! Very impressed with the staff! Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, helpful and pleasant! From the front desk employees, to the men who were taking care of the pool, to the staff shoveling snow and salting, to the women we observed pushing these heavy wagons to the gentleman responding to a service call who helped us find our way around….very impressive! It was our first time here and we’re discussing our next trip back with friends! You know you’re in a great place when you never need to call the front desk for anything!
