"Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers."

"Clean, neat, short hop to Boothbay. Perfect for couple. Very safe as well. Neighborhood is not picturesque… not important to us. Only small, small picky note: heat was too high for us at night without ability to regulate. Highly recommend!"

"I wasn't aware I would be charged an additional fee on my card the day I was supposed to check in. We stopped by their offices which were closed for the season and left a message with no reply. I also tried to the phone number provided on here and it was disconnected. Very disappointed my credit card information was released and there was a charge without my knowledge. Even for a hold the fee is way too much. I paid less than half of this for my one night stay. Still trying to reach them...

"It was great except for the check in which was 4:00. In Maine it was dark by then and the listing did not say the entrance was on the side of the building, not the front that was in the photo. There lighting on the house numbers was inadequate and we had to call and wait to talk to someone who could help us locate the proper entrance. I recommend better lighting and signage. Once we settled in we enjoyed the lovely location that was close to great restaurants and the lovely Wiscasset Village. I...

"The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. "My family spent one week in Boothbay Harbor for our first time to Maine. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this small coastal town. Nothing disappointed us. "The property is tucked away in a quiet location walking distance from the center of town. The view of the cove from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front of the condo gives easy access.
