« Beautiful space and property. We loved looking out the large picture window at the river, prairie and birds. The basement is a perfect spot for gatherings and entertainment. We cannot wait to be back! »

« Great property for our purposes. Was nice to enjoy morning coffee on the deck. Only suggestion, our friends mentioned a fan (either floor or ceiling) to circulate the air in the basement bedroom would have been helpful at night. »

« We use this beautiful property as our homebase for exploring the beautiful area surrounding Lafarge. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was also comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and most importantly the house was very clean. This is a nice quiet location with a beautiful deck to enjoy morning coffee on. »

« We loved the house and property. Its lovely, well taken care of, and beautifully decorated. The bed (we only used one) was very comfy. I love the area. We explored local nature areas and went to a small farmers market for eggs and sweets in Spring Green. There we also bought homemade insect repellent that worked well. Bring lots of bug spray if you’re coming. »

« Beautiful rural property with expansive deck, furniture, outdoor kitchen. Only one upstairs queen bed a one lower level, but full beds were adequate. Immaculate condition, much more space than needed. We didn’t really use the large family room in the lower level at all. Convenient to Viroqua (about seven minutes), the golf course, and many miles of excellent trout fishing. Really a pleasant surprise to find such a gem. We will definitely return. »

« Our stay was wonderful! The house had perfect accommodations for the 5 of us with room for several more! It contained ALL of the conveniences of home along with great water pressure in the showers, easy access to areas adventures, and very friendly hostess! Aside from a thoughtful welcome gift, she left us theee most beautiful and sweet tasting strawberries! LOVED THE EXPERIENCE and will definitely keep the reference for future stays in the area. »

« It's quiet, peaceful and plenty of wildlife to view out the front and rear of the house. We saw a pair of Coyotes along with deer and turkeys, caught bass and bluegill in the pond, which kept the kids entertained for hours. »
