"Near the Colmar train station and centre of bus network. Very clean, well-run and organized. Very good breakfast (extra). Front desk staff very helpful, fluent in English and German too. Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. "Excellent stay"

"Room was quiet. Shower good and hot. Hotel manager was great. Not far from Central Train Station. Only issue is there are no bars close and not many restaurants within a 10 minute walk but if you walked 10-15 minutes there were a fair few options"

"No air-conditioning and hot weather made the heat in the apartment unbearable. It fluctuated between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius according to the thermostat (even with two fans running), but it felt hotter. The room was dusty and could have been cleaner. The spiral staircase to the loft was extremely steep and flimsy. One of the steps was broken and a heavier person could easily fall through. I pointed this out but it was never fixed during our stay.
