"Really helpful staff and a great location. My only complaint was the room smelt a bit damp but then it was overlooking a lake."

"Room is a bit dated. Location of hotel is good with the metro within walking distance. Lots of food option around the hotel and there is a big supermarket 5 mins walk away. "

"15 mins. walk from Düsseldorf Hbf but 10 mins. walk from Alstadt. Few restaurants available around the hotel, so you'd better go to Alstadt. Only negative point was that desk light was broken and I asked receptionist to change light bulb, which has never occurred during my stay."

"My only problem with the Room was that the bathroom, instead of having tiling like anyone would expect, used the same floor paneling as the rest of the room, and was on level with the rest of the room, so any spill from showering (which happened a LOT with the weird bathtub/shower combo that had a flimsy shield on it to try to prevent spill, but that was leaking) could just flow under the door right into the rest of the room. The door of the bathroom also apparently had water damage at some...

"Fabulous hotel close to the airport. Fortunate enough to get an upgrade. Only downside is bathroom door is glass and so in the night if the light is switched on it lights up the bedroom also. "
