"Lovely hotel with very friendly staff"

"Nice looking hotel and close to city center. I found the staff were not too helpful. I had issues with my key card multiple times throughout the stay. Not once did the staff go beyond their means to help. On some occasions I made more than 3 trips to reception because the key card wasn’t working. Staff knowledge of the local area was bad. The quality of the hotel and the rooms is very good. The styling and comfort I really liked. Overall my stay was still pleasurable. "

We had a problem with the A/C in our room & needed to move rooms - this was all sorted very promptly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a lovely few days in Mannheim."

"The hotel is nice with spacious rooms, nice breakfast, and very conveniently located close to the main train station and bus and subway. Unfortunately, this location is also good for drug dealing. There are numerous people on the street selling drugs. Unlike in the US the area is safe everyone is polite "
