"This hotel had the most amazing night staff. He bent over backwards when we arrived late from our flight, personally making us food and serving drinks after the kitchen closed. We got great recommendations and the breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. We got an upgraded room with an picturesque view of the lake at sunrise. It's a fantastic place!"

"The Kvosin Downtown Hotel is a really nice hotel to stay in during a visit to Reykjavik. All of the staff we dealt with were friendly, polite, courteous and went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. We booked a bigger room with kitchenette (room 305) which was spacious and more than big enough for 2 adults and 1 child, with plenty of room for us and our luggage. The room was clean and was serviced every day. Just a couple of points about the room which didn't spoil our stay but...
