"I had opted to splurge due to my recent engagement for the presidential suite. The room did not disappoint when it came to the size and spectacular views. However, when it came to in room amenities and the overall cleanliness of the room it left a lot to be desired. (Even it were just a small bottle of bubble bath next to the beautiful tub. That would have gone a long way!) When you see or hear the words “Presidential Suite”, it gives you a different feeling than what the room was able to offer....

"The stay was great other than the AC vent noise kept making a big loud thump on and off all night. I feel like inside of the contract when you’re booking this they should tell you about the incidental fee that is $25 a day and also they should let you know that you have to pay additional $10 a day for parking so there won’t be no surprises when you arrive.
