"It was nice to get a renovated room, compared to last time where we had to walk past the mess to get to an unrenovated room. New shower pressure and temperature was AMAZING!!!!!!. Was quite disappointed that the "biscuits and gravy" advertised at check in, which I've enjoyed on prior visits, did not include gravy. When we inquired, one of the front desk employees stated that "I guess she didn't make the gravy," but to my knowledge did not check with whomever was in food service. It was about 7:45 am."

"I loved the people! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Check in was easy and because we were there this trip for a funeral they got us into one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and change clothes before the service. They were very understanding and kind. Darrel was extremely helpful, he understood my husband was having health problems and could not walk long distances so he assigned us rooms near an exit we could park close to. We appreciate everything they did for us. "
