-- Discover the best of Western Reno with our comfortable apartments, perfect for ski trips or summer vacations to Lake Tahoe. Enjoy stunning mountain views and easy access to popular ski spots like Northstar, Squaw, and Alpine, just a short drive away.

-- In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

-- Downtown Reno is only 10 minutes from the apartments, offering plenty of entertainment, dining, and shopping options. Whether you're traveling alone, with friends, or in a larger group, we have three spacious apartments to choose from, each equipped with modern amenities.

-- Relax in a peaceful setting near Lake Tahoe, and explore all the attractions Western Reno has to offer. Feel free to ask us about things to do in the area. Book your stay now and start your adventure.
- Please do not enter the Leasing Office/front desk for help or questions (the office is only used for prospective renters of the complex). If you need help with anything, please feel free to contact us directly through the messaging system or at (530) 580-8750.
- Please ONLY park in spot 193 or in any uncovered/un-numbered space
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.
- No parties or events (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items (Please DO NOT use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided)
- Please keep track of the pool/gym key fob and return it to the unit before check out
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
