Booked last minute but got a very nice, clean and spacious room. Linda at the front desk and Iris in the restaurant were wonderful - very kind and helpful. The boardwalk area across the way is also easy to access and has lots of nice food and shopping options. Will definitely revisit the next time I need to stay in Charlotte.
