This ground-floor suite sits just around the corner from Rehoboth Avenue, one block from the renowned farmers market that sets up at Grove Park from May until October. You'll be less than a mile from the beach and the boardwalk, and even closer to an array of eateries, cafes, breweries, and attractions on Rehoboth Avenue. Spend your days at Jungle Jim's, Funland, or one of the putt-putt courses along the boardwalk.

The suite itself is modern, comfortable, and minimalist in its decor, cooling you off with mini-split air conditioning as you step through the door. There's a stacked washer/dryer for your swimsuits, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for when you're not dining out in town, and both high-speed WiFi and a smart TV for your evening entertainment.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
