"The check in process was not good for us. I had no contact number. It needs to be just a number for the house manager. I had to contact VRBO directly, which was very helpful and he contacted house manager and she then sent us the entry numbers. All occupants complained about thier matresses being uncomfortable. "

"We stayed for two nights after New Year’s or our annual trip to Frankenmuth. This was the first time we didn’t stay at a local hotel and opted to rent a house instead. The location was perfect and everything was wonderful. My only recommendation would be to put a handrail on the exterior stairs as my mother-in-law had some difficulty getting down the stairs, especially with the icy conditions and there was nothing to hold into. "My wife and I needed a location close to family for a family event, and we needed the ability to prepare family meal items. The game room is a solid distraction and the hot tub an added bonus. Location is perfect for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Would book again. "

"We wanted a white Christmas this year and chose Viola's Place for our holiday. Boy are we glad we did! Shelly and Derek are the most gracious and helpful hosts! From Derek shoveling snow in the early morning hours, to Shelly's recommendations for restaurants and church services, they helped make our Christmas absolutely magical!
