"It's an older property with character on the outside, but mostly refurbished on the inside. The elevator clearly is older. Bed was firm, but comfortable, shower was fine. Good quality for the money, would stay here again on an overnight trip to SAP Center."

"This is one of the best extended stays (8 nights) we have ever had at a hotel. The rooms are extremely well-kept, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. In addition, there is an excellent restaurant onsite poolside with equally friendly and professional staff. Also, the hotel is conveniently located within Palo Alto and the parking is free. Great stay."

"The property is in a wooded area and there are paths to use for short hikes. The lobby and spa are beautiful. Check in was super easy and the staff was really nice. I got a bottle of wine for being Expedia VIP. The room is simple but clean and the bed comfy. Our slider opens to the center of the property. We didn’t use the swimming pool or fire pits but they looked busy. The gym looked nice. We came for a quiet and restful night and we got it."
