"Very nice and roomy cabin feel. Depending on room you have to walk up snow covered driveway to get to shuttle and main building, with no walkway. Shuttle is very quick, hardly any wait items at all. Couldn’t use pool and hot tub due to not wanting to be so wet and walk back outside down a room in 10 degree weather. Steam room was broken, and no spa services at all. It is not a ski in/ski out so have to take shuttle 150 yards up to market and gondola which is nice then gondola to mountain village...

"This room had a king bed and a bunkbed. It was adequate for sleeping. We were out most of the day hiking which was amazing and really only used it for sleeping and cleaning up during the day. The rest of the facility was beautiful and it was close to the gondola which could take us up and over into Telluride. Staff at the front desk were amazing, especially Ignacio."

"The Bear Creek Lodge is a beautiful property in the quiet part of Mountain Village of Telluride. Very clean and quiet, with all the amenities. A quick walk to the gondola gets you to the main part of Mountain Village, then you can hop on another gondola to get down in to town. So whether you want to stay up on the mountain or enjoy the town, it's very easy to do."

"We thought we made a reservation at a Telluride Hotel, but only found out later it was through Vrbo and it looks like we rented someone's condo. That means extra fees after you have made the reservation. An unpleasant surprise. The parking fee was also a late surprise: $30 per night. The location is excellent with easy access to the Mountain Village Gondola, but we would not stay there again."
