"While this property doesn’t appear to have been renovated or updated in a while, it has one of the best layouts for multiple families that I’ve seen in Snowmass over the 15+ years we have been renting. Multiple rooms with king sized beds, multiple living areas to spread out and separate generations, and a fantastic location not too high up Faraway. Highly recommended for anyone with 3 or more families."

"We really enjoyed staying in this condo! Both bedrooms were private, the bathrooms were nice and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the view from the 3rd floor patio was perfect, the pool and hot tub were so nice to use and kept up very well. Things that could use just a tad bit of improvement: >Laminated instructions for all 3 televisions. "The property and the home were as described and loved it. Especially being right on the river and walking distance to the downtown area. Enough amentities, well stocked. I would stay again. Just have one complaint and a few suggestions for the property owners. 1. Complaint is that when we booked looking on VRBOwe did not realize that both VRBO and VASCAR charged fees. The fees were high for VASCAR and to be hit with another $227 for VRBO with out our knowledge was not good customer service. ...

"This was a wonderful venue for hosting family and friends, some from as far away as Hawaii and New Zealand, for our middle son’s wedding at the Maroon Bells. We were lucky to be in the Roaring Fork Valley at the height of the Fall colors and an overnight snowfall on Mt.Sopris.Guests will especially enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the deck or at the large table inside!"

"This house was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed sitting outside and soaking it in. This is a five star plus rating. The hosts were very responsive when we had a question. "

"We stayed at this property for 5 nights to attend my nephews wedding held at Maroon Bells. The property was great with all the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed to house the family who traveled from Ohio and SC to attend. It was close to the town and activities, stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this property!"

"A great sort of ski-in, ski-out house. "Sort of" because you have to walk about 50 yards to get to the mountain. Entry is near a bridge off the Adams Avenue trail just below the Alpine Springs lift. We had a group of 7 and it was very comfortable. The only criticisms, the house could use some upgrades, and they didn't supply us with some basics such as extra garbage bags, etc. But really minor complaints."

"A family gathering of 18. From infants to seniors. Property is Spacious, special, well equiped, the pond and river were amazing, as well as the trees and flowers. Some bear sightings that added to the stay. Very close to Aspen. Attentive ranch manager. All in all everyone in our party had a very special time in the ranch"

"This property is great if you want to unplug and get away from technology. No Wi-fi or cell phone coverage at the property. Overall very relaxing. The mattresses on most the beds are very old and need to be replaced. The carpeting did not feel or look clean. Carpeting also needs replaced. Would still recommend for a way to get away from it all. "
