"We love staying here when we’re visiting the Universal Studios parks. The rooms are always clean and the resort is within walking distance to everything. The walking path is beautifully maintained and safe. The dining options are basically endless at City Walk, but the resort also has kid friendly dining inside the hotel as well. The prices are almost always reasonable to stay here. The kids always have a blast at the pools and bowling alley! "

However, one thing that they could improve would be to get their Coca Cola Freestyle machines working. Many people, including me, bought reusable cups for $25 and had to drive down the road to the next village for a working machine because there were none working in the village they were staying.
