"We really enjoyed the location and we did not have to street park. The area felt very safe and we really enjoyed walking to shops and food day or night. Saturday was a bit loud outside with the upper deck homes on the corner but it is a college town and Mardi Gras season. The loudness stopped at a reasonable time. "Nice place. Clean. Is a little deceiving that it says one bedroom and pictures make it look like so but it is living room/bedroom all one big open room. Good kitchen, however small things like hand towel and measuring cups would make it easier to use. Lots of steps to get up to apartment, my husband slipped and fell down them early morning with wet weather. Broke his ankle. "

"Place is very cute and clean. The living area is small but lots to do in the area so we didn’t spend much time inside. King street is walkable but plan on about a mile walk to most stores. Host responds quickly and check in and out were very easy. "

"This was such an incredible home, exactly as advertised and with views to die for. You can tell that this is a family home that is loved and well cared for, and we loved every minute of our stay. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with and we would certainly rent here again, no question. Loved Folly and loved this home, we will be back!"

"This accommodation was perfect for us. We were a party of 3, with our dog. The duplex was squeaky clean, and all basic needs were supplied. We especially liked the spacious grassed area around the property, where we could exercise our very active dog! The property is 15 minutes from downtown Charleston which was very convenient. We would definitely book this property again!"
