Ransom Vacation Packages

My son was in town with his college team to play against the IL Redbirds. Due to not a lot of rooms available in the area we selected this location. We brought our 2 little dogs and loved that our room had no carpet, just vinyl flooring. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was a little cold but after being in there and moving around it wasn't too bad. The hot tub was clean and hot. We had heard that there was no breakfast on the weekends so we were unable to see how that was. We ate off site. The staff was very polite and helpful. We did have an issue with our tv and remote. The remote stopped working. We thought it was batteries and the front desk changed them out. That wasn't it. We had to call the front desk to have someone come look at it. The gentleman unplugged something behind the tv and then repluged it back in and it worked. For a little bit. We had to do it our self and we were finally able to get to the channel. The first night was great. But the second night we got no sleep! There was a wedding or something going on at the hotel and from 10 pm till 4 am people were running, screaming, yelling, slamming doors, hitting walls, and literally having a conversation outside our door. No respect for others sleeping.
