"There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower. The AC air filter was filthy and oven cleaner had been sprayed in the oven but never wiped out & cleaned. Overall, this...

"We had 6 guys over 60 in our group. Everyone got their own room, which was nice. All the rooms were very nice. The master shower was fantastic. Even though it’s January, we spent a lot of time out back. We used the grill, shot hoops, played cornhole and pool. A few of us enjoyed the hit tub which was huge. It had all the cookware you could need. Property management was outstanding - responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend for any group, any occasion. "

"Our granddaughter couldn’t take off work so we took Christmas and our family to her and spent 4 days in Lubbock. The house was amazing, it was decorated for Christmas which we loved. There was more than enough room for our family (7 people). The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. We will definitely be staying here again.Thank you for everything.Happy New Year’s "
