"Room was small which is expected in NYC, but we couldn’t even get passed the bed till the door was closed! Air went out 2 day and it got HOT at night. (Would have opened a window of we knew it opened) Waiting for the elevator on the 17 floor was a nightmare! We walked 17 flights of stairs a few times to bust get out!! One day we got stuck on the elevator and it was PACKED which is a huge nightmare for me and then it happened!! Hotel is close to everything, employees VERY nice, it was clean and...

"Would stay again, hotel was clean, beds comfortable, great location. Felt safe, easy access to subway. Two complaints- room got very hot at night, unable to adjust thermostat, but we cracked the window, let it cool off and closed it back bc the street noise is a lot (New York never sleeps) - only 2 working elevators for 20 floors, often had to wait for elevator"
