"I booked this cabin as an after Christmas trip for my family and our best friends' family. There were a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. Prior to the trip, I contacted the owner with a few questions and he got back to me right away each time. When we arrived, the cabin was clean, very well furnished and had everything we needed while we were there. It even had a Christmas tree and lights which made it so festive! "Beautiful cabin, accurate listing. Short drive to Ellicottville which has a lot of cool little shops and restaurants, and of course Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Why stay in a resort with just beds when you can stay in a house for the same cost?!? Very comfortable beds, and the views are amazing! Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area. Responsive hosts, 5 stars for sure! "

"Overall, the house had a variety of amenities that were desirable and the location was close to the ski resort but there were a few issues with the house that we wanted to mention. First of all, it was not very clear that this was two separate buildings, and tromping back and forth across the icy driveway was a challenge. "We had our annual retreat at the house — it slept 19 comfortably. The huge table is great for games, and the open floor plan is great for a big group. The bears and other stuffed heads add some flavor, for sure. We loved the foosball and hockey and video games downstairs, and the hot tub was great after skiing Holiday Valley. We would definitely do it again! "

"10 min drive to Holiday Vally and downtown Ellicottville. Lots of room for a large group - easy to find and good communication from the owner. Basement was a bit cold bit the fireplace amd hottub were especially nice on the cold evenings"
