Beautiful decor. Comfortable Room. Nice cafe but understaffed.

I would give this hotel 2 of 5 stars. For starters upon checking in, they charged my card twice, for my room holding fee, so they were holding 300 dollars of my money when it should have only been 150 dollars and it took them about 30 minuets to figure that out and print my room keys. Second of all the Valet took over an hour to bring my car in the morning, when I had a scheduled morning event. And third my sons Nintendo switch was moved by housekeeping while the room was being cleaned, to a spot where it could not be easily seen, it was then left and the fee for shipping back is 75 dollars, crazy. The room was average, the location was good, of course downtown Denver is dirty no huge shocker, there is a line of homeless right outside the front of this hotel, but I am not sure there is anywhere downtown Denver where you will not have that.

An excellent place for my family to relax and have fun that is not too much of a drive . They have everything that my family needs. They have an adult pool only , hot tub, good food, nice and clean showers.
