"They do have good service, staff who can speak different languages but the room upgrade we had was very disappointing. It needs to be renovated. They need to lower the air fragrance , it is too strong, it causes head. They charge too much for a bottle of water over $8. I had chicken couscous from room service and that was $62. "

"I would go back to Rabat just to go back to this hotel. Everyone there (managers, front desk ppl, valet) are incredibly kind and nice. The vibe of the hotel is so posh and luxury without being overstated. The bar is beautiful, and the hookah is delicious, and the rooms are immaculate. We truly loved our experience here! "

"A new modern/luxury business hotel close to tramway, rooms are really spacious and clean. I could no figure how/where park my rental car myself, needed to valet. Tried to call room service, no success, so I ended up going down for late dinner, fairly slow and somewhat unhappy service. "

"Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Rabat. The staff was very kind, easy parking available. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as they wanted 350 MAD per person which is a lot. There’s no shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes all over the floor that would be my only complaint. It’s about a 15 min walk to Mohamed VI museum and the boardwalk. Great location. "
