« Pawpaw’s place has become our favorite place to stay for our family getaway. We have been multiple times and it’s always a great experience. Quiet, relaxing, and so many things to do on the property. Ms. Dawn is wonderful at providing information and helping with any questions or issues. « This is a quiet farmhouse with a pond right behind it. The house was very well renovated, and the property around it is beautiful! I came for a wedding in Ruston, and even though this location isn’t located inside the city. It was convenient to get to everything I needed to get to. 10/10 and I will be staying here anytime I come to the area. »

« The Ledford House was perfect for our group. The house is exactly as depicted. It is super cute, offers plenty of space and had everything we needed. We loved learning about the history and all the barber shop paraphernalia was fun to see. The property is located on a busy street with mostly commercial businesses surrounding it. Morning traffic is a little loud if you are a light sleeper. The overall location was convenient. We would stay here again without hesitation! »
