Hôtel Palace Royal

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (2780)
"I loved the property and the location. The staff were also friendly. And the fact that it had a pool and hot tub. However, the hot tub jets weren’t working and the water didn’t seem to be circulating. Also, the hotel wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. There was dust all over the glass table in the lobby and there was debris in the room behind the nightstands which we noticed because we dropped something behind the nightstand. It’s a lovely hotel but needs some attention to detail...

"Excellent location close to main historic attractions and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped and nicely furnished. Decorations were a bit austere. What could be improved? Garbage bins at the building entrance could be managed better as they blocked the sidewalk during the whole four day stay and garbage was scattered around. "
