For a 1st time visit to Quebec City, it was an excellent place to land. Parked in a close by lot. Could walk all around the old city. Great food options. Saw some places Louise Penny mentioned in her mysteries. Host was simple to work with, which I value.

Perfect location! Close to restaurants and shopping! Our host was responsive. Apartment was just as depicted. Only negative was the washer and dryer were located in a basement with a bad odor. Luckily, washing clothes was not necessary during our stay.

Great spot in Old Quebec
We had a great 4 night stay here while visiting for the FEQ. Apartment was perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed and the location is superb. The weather was super hot during our stay but the ceiling fans helped and we had no trouble sleeping.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a trip to Quebec City and this apartment suited us wonderfully. Situated in the heart of the town in an historic building, easy walking distance to attractions and good restaurants. Lots of amenities and communications with Fabrice were very easy. A truly memorable stay.

Great location!
We loved staying in this cozy apartment during our visit to Quebec City. It is located very close to all of the attractions and since we did so much walking it was wonderful to be able to just circle back to the apartment to rest and recharge. The apartment had all of the things that we needed for our stay. It was very charming! The wifi did not seem to work in the bedroom but that was a minor issue. We did have a small problem with construction noise however Fabrice helped to resolve this, and was responsive to our questions.

The property was exactly as advertised -- sparkling clean, cosy, well-furnished, and in a perfect location: steps away everything, yet quiet and secluded. If spring had arrived earlier, we could have taken advantage of the patio. We had a lovely stay and will be sure to return.

Location is the main selling point for this property. It's right off the extremely vibrant Rue St. Jean, within easy walking distance of the train station, bus stops, and nearly every important point of interest in the Old City. The street, though, is quiet and we had no issue at all with noise. The accommodations themselves were fine, clean and complete with everything needed for successful meal creation. All in all, a decent value in a wonderful city.

Nice Apartment In Historic Building.
Cozy, clean and central. We could walk to all the attractions. Many restaurants, cafes and pubs close by. We also bought groceries at the supermarket and cooked at home. Communication was good, and the checkin and checkout process was easy. The VIA train station was a 10 min walk away. The apartment is on the first floor so you have to be comfortable carrying you suitcase up a flight of stairs.

Great location for exploring Quebec City
Many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the couple of games in the apartment. We did not use the laundry facilities but they were available in the basement of the building. The building was very quiet (during our late March trip). Checking in and out was easy, we never had to contact the host, but their contact information was available. We had a great visit!

As everyone says the location of the property could not be better! We had a little difficulty with the "lock box" but once we figured it out all was well. The apartment was perfect...well appointed. Just an FYI - although it is only a short walk from the train station it is all uphill so if you are "of an age" OR if you have a lot of luggage you might want to consider a taxi...going downhill was no problem! We had a wonderful time.....

Nice apartment in Old Quebec
This apartment is perfectly located to explore everything in Old Quebec, and is within reasonable walking distance of other areas of interest, such as St Jean Baptiste. It is in Rue Coutillard, a small, pretty side street. A nice dépanneur is just across the street to supply nearly anything you would need. The apartment is compact, but is quiet, sunny, attractive and well equipped. Laundry facilities are in the basement if the building and work well. An excellent choice, and Fabrice is a great host.

Nice apartment in an amazing location
The circa 1810 building is right in the heart of old Quebec City, close to the Notre-Dame Basilica-Cathedral, the city hall, the Frontenac, many nice restaurants etc. The location cannot be beat if you want to see old Quebec City. The apartment is at the top of a flight of stairs. It was spotlessly clean when we were there. There was plenty of room for us, and it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. There was free parking in an underground garage about 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment has several windows that bring in plenty of light. There is a little grocery store that makes custom sandwiches and a very nice cafe almost across the street. But, it was very quiet. Overall, great. We would stay here again!

Owner told me he prefered to communicate through VRBO website instead of text, which I preferred. Complicated checking with lock box, eneterign apartment getting parking pass all while illelagally parked on one way street. The apartment was advertised with a washer/dryer, they were COIN-operated . "Unlimited WiFi" was not true worked only in the family room. "Dish Soap" provided, there was one ounce in bottle and no replacement. Contacted owner via VRBO first night because light in bedroom did not work and we couldn't figure out to open futon. Never got a response back

Perfect location, spacious, quaint apartment
The apartment exceeded our expectations! Location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk around old Québec city. Car is not needed and you can walk to train station (Gare du Palais) in 10 mins. Both beds were used and found to be very comfortable. It was so nice to have our own kitchen, and it was well stocked. . Highly recommended, Merci Fabrice!
