"This is an older building in the traditional downtown portion of Campbell River. Thus the pricing was lower than other hotels in the neighbourhood, and was attractive to our family budget. What I didn't know, but discovered upon our arrival, is that this facility, in addition to providing transient and tourist lodging, is part of the communities on-going accommodation for the economically challenged people of CR. "Nice and quiet location, spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant wasn't open during our stay except for a continental breakfast for an extra fee, which we did not require, but to be fair it was offseason. I would definitely stay again, this was my 2nd visit."
