"A very convenient hotel in the Cau Giay area and not far if your Hanoi destinations in Old Quarter or West Lake. The staff (especially Nguyen Thi Linh) were excellent and their English made my stay my stay smooth. Very helpful with transportation assistance as well. "The 5 star rating on Expedia is flawed. The apartment should not even have 1 star rating. Staff do not know English. No one is there on the reception to respond to your phone calls. Booking was for 1 Apartment 2 room ended up with 1 Apartment 1 room. It was Chaotic everywhere. More than anything hotel do not follow proper immigration policy because of which our passport also got impounded and we have to waste our time going to immigration office. Terrible is what I can say."

Great location - Lots of traffic

"The hotel is very nice and the service is great. If you like hard beds it is good for you but had difficulty myself since I am a stomach sleeper. If you are on business and do not like a lot of traffic there is no getting around it between 7am and 10am and back home around 5pm."

Most wonderful staff and hotel in Hanoi

"This hotel is an absolute little gem of a find in Hanoi. The staff are amazing and from the minute we arrived we felt very cared for. The room was immaculate and comfty with great amenities. The location was perfect and close to the lake and all activities yet also super quiet at night for a great nights sleep. I had liaised previously with the hotel regarding transfers to Ninh Binh and airport pick ups and they organised everything smoothly for me. Ryan was great in messaging and confirming everything. Breakfast was lovely and a great menu All in all we loved this hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. Would definitely return if coming back to Hanoi "

"The night staff went above and beyond on our arrival. We had a scam attempt on us with our Grab driver and the staff helped communicate and resolve. Everything in the hotel was great. Only slight letdown was the breakfast. But maybe because we had high expectations (since food is so good all around the area). The only item we enjoyed was the pho every morning which was amazing. "

"Our stay at Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel in Hanoi was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the hotel was quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given its fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Roachelle (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), who was especially welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
