"Fantastic hotel in the centre of Xintiandi with its great choice of food and entertainment. Special mention to Zoe and her awesome staff in the club lounge, with a particular mention to excellent James Yu. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Zoe arranged for our large luggage to be looked after when we travelled to Wenzhou and Yiwu for business and arranged for our bags to be in our new room when we returned. I have stayed here before and will continue to do so when i have business in Shanghai. "

"Very Accessible to metro stations, shopping mall n food. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are helpful. Quite a good range of breakfast at the hotel. Most importantly is it is just a few minutes away from Nanjing Road and is conveniently located to tourist attractions. "

"The bathroom was big and has a bathtub! They provided masks and bath salt as well. The bed is very comfortable and the room has table and chairs and a bay window seating. Nice deco of the room. It also has a Bluetooth speaker provided. Only downside is that the hotel does not have a front lobby for visitors to alight. Boarding for didi will have to be at the side of the hotel. "
