"Very nice and cool old hotel. Great view from balconies of ocean, nice clean pool and rec. area. Friendly informative staff. Very good breakfast. Very nice walk in front to nice restaurants. large room, had a room with no windows and it was still OK. Would advise trying to get a room facing the ocean if you are spending time in the room. "

"As I said above, the hotel needs a huge face lift. Bedrooms need paint, new beds, new furniture, new bathrooms, new light fixtures, ESPECIALLY new doors and locks, outside lighting, ordered parking, a better pool, more lights in the surrounding areas, landscaping, new restaurant, even some new employees would be a nice addition to some unfriendly waitresses...Even improving the breakfast choices with one or two more things can help. "Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip."
