"Had same house keeper the entire time. Not only did she do an amazing job cleaning up after we had been at the beach with all the sand mess and eating in the room. But she was very nice getting us other things we needed, like extra coffee pods, cups, towels, or anything else. Super friendly and helpful."

"Mary Jane at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. We arrived late and everything was ready, check-in was efficient & even the special things we had requested (close to elevator due to handicapped guest, etc) were exactly as we had asked. We have stayed here multiple times and the rooms are always clean, there are soaps, conditioner, shampoo provided so that you don’t have to pack those, there’s a nice free breakfast & there are always carts available to take your luggage to/from your room. The staff is always friendly & accommodating and we’ve never had a problem they couldn’t quickly resolve for us. "

"This is a wonderful place, the adult pool was priceless because of so many children. Food was exceptional for a resort, the only real gripe is the drink prices. 9 bucks for a draft Modelo in a plastic cup. I had two mixed drinks and the wife two Mocktails and it was $60 dollars. I get it, its a resort but they are making a killing off the booze, I noticed many folks just brought their own because of this. Lower the price and you will sell more."

"The room was very nice - good condition, spacious, up to date. The meals we had at the 2 restaurants was very good and there was live music every night. The only negatives were that we were there for 4 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean. We did not have our Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The bed sheets were clean but worn (pilling). All in all, I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would go back."
