"We really enjoyed Troy’s new rental home - as usual. We’ve stayed at several of his homes and they are always high quality. The table game was fun plus we used the bikes and kayaks. The location was fabulous as we were able to walk to Fisherman’s Village. The beds were very comfy and loved the huge walk in shower. The salt water pool was amazing and also included a heated bubble spa. Definitely coming back soon!"

"This was nice but lacked that personal touch. It’s obvious a company manages this place instead of the actual homeowners. Usually there’s at least a few convenient items to welcome you but this property had the bare minimum. No coffee, no laundry soap, no nothing. Also, the suggestion that it sleeps six is far reaching. There was a blow up mattress wadded up in the closet that I suppose you can put on the living room floor."

"My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful four nights at this Punta Gorda property. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and fishing off the dock. Linda met us upon arrival, gave us a tour and answered our questions. She was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was just as expected from pictures and description. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful either new or remolded home in a very safe & pleasant area of Punta Gorda. State of the art kitchen & bathrooms. Beautiful screened in pool area with comfortable seating & a nice view of the canal & mangroves. Comfortably sleeps six. Enjoyed morning coffee & sunset by the pool. Northern view. Living room with new couches & TV. Very pleasant way to end the evening. Host was very pleasant, welcoming & easy to work with. I'd stay here again."
