"All good, just troubles with check in - they let me wait until 2 pm saying that it is the time that the check in starts even though everywhere is written that it starts at 1 pm, very confusing and annoying to let you wait even though the room was already supposed to be ready!! No compensation for all the useless waiting kn the heat "

"Toilet don’t flush, no hot water , internet is weak only works outside, , no A/C only Fan in one location. Stayed maybe less than 2 hours. Horrible. Will not Recommend to anybody.,"

"Our stay was good! They made sure we were provided with everything we needed. They even offered us a cheap van for hire so we could tour around the city. The manager also accompanied us during the tour."

"Water heater was not working in the first room. Later we got assigned a new room, which is quite dark in the day even though there's a window because the window is facing inside the building. The drainage of the bathroom needs to be cleaned better because there was an unpleasant smell whenever you take a shower. Good thing is the hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle and the staff is friendly. To those with walking inconvenience, there is no elevator in the hotel. "

"The management didn't know about confirm the reservation from hotels.com. But we booked 3 days before and get confirm about reservation. Then next problem our room was not free for 1 night so we must sleep in a small bad cottage. Discount was only free breakfast. Next problem was no tv channels (i choose this hotel because have tv).
