"This hotel is located 2 minutes from the ferry with lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Onsite parking is very useful too. Communication is very difficult though. There is no one onsite and they can only be reached by text. We had a difficult time having our sheets changed (they were dirty when we arrived), and we never had responses to our questions about lockers before our arrivals. I’d say aside from the lack of service, this is a pretty good choice."

We had a view of the beautifully landscaped pool, the Atlantic Ocean, El Yunque rainforest, and the mountains all from our balcony.
