"The home is very well kept and essentially brand new. The location is perfect being only 1 block away from Commercial Street. Only critique would be that, in the cooler months, the heat is a little tricky to get exactly right since the heat comes from the AC wall units in each room. Otherwise, I highly recommend this home... you won't be disappointed."

"If you're looking for your Ptown home away from home, you've come to the right property! Location location location! Despite being in right in the middle of town, the house was quiet and peaceful (and the beds were super comfortable). Tommy was incredibly responsive and a great resource for recommendations in the area. He's made sure the house is stocked with almost everything one could need for the week. We' definitely recommend booking with him."

"Stayed just before Memorial weekend. Although we arrived in the rain, & the fog and chill didn't lift until we left on our 4th day, the apt felt light & airy. (Some written instructions re heat & AC would have been welcome.) Would have loved to use the 2 decks more than we did, but the air circulation with the deck doors open was perfect. Beds comfortable, tho what seemed to be the "main" bedroom had the smaller bed in it & the Q bed was squeezed into the smaller bedroom. Nice appointments,...

"Had everything we needed. Immaculately clean. Bed comfy. Stairs are tight and steep. Location a little further away from the main areas, but great for a walk. Parking was a little confusing at first and getting to the key. No major issues."

"The property has a fantastic view - a great location - it is quiet so you can relax, and is close to town for fun and restaurants. However, the oven broke twice, and the kayaks were unavailable. Hopefully, they will fix that because I will stay at this property again."

"Can’t get better than the location! On the same block as the Boatslip so easy stumble home from the famous tea dance. Clean linens, coffee pot and pots and pans in the kitchen. Pack your own shampoo and conditioner. Unit A is a basement unit with entrance through back."
