"Perfect location, close to many sightseeing spots (cathedral, palace, museum) and close to many great restaurants regardless of your budget. Staff were excellent, patient and attentive. They offered great suggestions. Nini and the rest of the reception team were absolutely lovely and helpful- especially with our parents. Breakfast was a lovely experience, many thanks to the F&B team. Be sure to try the cannoli at breakfast!"
