"The people on reception were lovely and the art and tapestries were beautiful. We had a big room with a spacious bathroom and a magnificent view of the port with bathrobes and toiletries supplied. I did feel that I would have liked a proper balcony rather than a Juliet one (thought I had booked one, my fault). The second floor was noisy at night as the port area is lively and full of fun. "The Hoyel Le Nelson itself is a very nice, modern hotel and the room is very comfortable. The shower facilities are good but the bathroom door design is strange. The sliding door does not completely close, instead leaving a gap that results in magnification of any sounds emerging from the bathroom.
