"the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. "Thank you so much for another fantastic stay at Brushcreek. This is our 4th stay in the cabins and we always have felt right at home. I would recommend 2 things: shampoo/conditioner and a bar of soap for bathroom and paper towels/garbage bags for the kitchen. Our go to place traveling between Michigan and Florida every time! "
