Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom retreat designed for comfort, functionality and convenience. Just a 5-minute walk to great cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques on Main St.

This 1860 home has been renovated with a fresh modern look. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms can sleep up to 6 adults and is suitable for children. We are a short 5 minute walk to Picton Main St the harbor, one block away from the trails at Macaulay Conservation area, 15-minute drive to the Sandbanks beach and a short drive to the renowned wineries and galleries.

Our large, fully equipped kitchen has quarts countertops, a Microwave, sleek stovetop, oven, refrigerate/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, all different size baking dishes, serving dishes and bowls, toddler dinnerware and utensils, salt, pepper, sugar packets, cooking oil, spices, condiments and more.

The dining room has a large, extendable table which can seat up to 6-8 guests.

Separate office space with large desk to work from and the awesome Pac-man full size arcade machine with 12 games.

Exposed original stone wall from 1860 shows the character of home which leads to the downstairs powder room.

Upstairs you will find 3 luxuriously designed and comfortable bedrooms. There are 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses with Canadian made Benji sheets, duvets and pillows. All rooms have plenty of space to store your clothes in the drawers or closets and we provide an Iron and ironing board.

The bathrooms are fully renovated. The upstairs bathroom offers a full size bathtub/shower plus we have a downstairs powder room.

Enjoy morning coffee at the patio table, let the kids run round the decent size yard and enjoy Smores by the fire at night.

My friends & I enjoyed our stay very much in your lovely home. We had everything we needed & location was great. We went to Sandbanks for a hike & having the free pass was helpful. We went to Lake on the Mountain & ate dinner at an excellent place called The Inn. Thank you so much Emma!

Even though they charged an additional $199 for cleaning, the property wasnt well cleaned and the owner asked us to take out the garbage and start a laundry. The tub didnt drain well so i was standing in ankle deep water, the keuric made coffee that was luke warm and increadibly weak. In addition the pillows and one of the beds were uncomfortably hard. For the all-in price we could have rented a really nice hotel room.

Fantastic Property
We were two couples celebrating our same day anniversaries in PEC. A golf day & a wine tour day were on our itinerary. We appreciated the Sandbanks Provincial Park pass and beach towels which we used for a picnic lunch and exploration of The Dunes. We were located a few minutes from Main St - an easy walk for dinner & shopping. The accommodations were perfect. More than enough space for four adults with comfortable beds and bedding. The unit was neat and very clean. All amenities required were available and Emma was a very attentive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. :)

This was the perfect accommodation for our relaxing getaway. It was cozy, updated & nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, close to restaurants & shopping. It had everything you need and some nice host touches. Easy to find and park. It truly was a cozy haven.

Localisation et disponibilité!
La maison était très bien situé, près de la rue principale à Picton. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la passe d'accès au parc Sandbanks. Le seul petit détail à améliorer serait la propreté de la propriété. Un petit coup de balais supplémentaire aurait été apprécié! Le BBQ aussi aurait eu besoin d'un peu d'entretien. Somme toute, l'endroit a bien répondu à nos besoins pour notre séjour.
