"I was super impressed with the cleanliness. I planned to fix a holiday dinner for family nearby. Having everything necessary to prepare a holiday dinner was a great deal. Plenty of utensils pans plates and silverware. Everything was clean and ready for us. Little things like coffee cereal and popcorn was a nice addition. Slow cooker and blender too. Can’t say enough nice things about the stay. "

We chose it because of the location and it was a great location and easy to move around between McAllen and Brownsville. The communication was great and made everything super simple. "We loved the house; but "House by the Lake"?? The lake is totally overgrown...NO water is visible at all. Could be a real problem for someone who REALLY wants to be on the water. Recommend sweeping a few days after spraying. Dead bugs were everywhere! Also, advise to NOT leave outside lights on at night--bugs will hinder if not totally prevent re-entry. Renters should know trash pickup day--we missed it. Other than that (and the unwelcoming sight entering the neighborhood--homeless...
