Our 2-bedroom cabin is located in Prescott National Forest, amongst the gorgeous Ponderosa Pines and only 7.5 miles from downtown Prescott. Cozy up by the fire while catching a good movie or BBQ and relax out on the patio listening to the wind blow through the trees. Explore the nearby trails by foot or on your side by side, or take a short drive to Lynx Lake to paddleboard, fish, hike or canoe. Whatever you may revel, Cozy Pines Hideaway is the perfect place for everyone!

Location:
Our home is located in the Walker/Potato Patch community. Enjoy the scenic tree lined views in all directions as well as the occasional visitation from neighborly birds and deer.
Our cabin does have WiFi and cell service works well for Verizon customers. AT&T cell service can be spotty.
As a reminder, we do not have A/C in the home, however, it is not typically needed in Prescott. Several ceiling fans are installed downstairs and portable fans are available for upstairs use.
Getting to the cabin:
Before driving up Walker Rd, be sure to set your GPS to the our cabin's address as service can be spotty. Do Not use G00GLE maps, but instead Apple maps or Waze. You will have a 0.7 mile drive on a dirt road (Sheldon Dr) which is right off of Walker Rd. Sheldon Dr. will take you directly to the cabin. Streets signs are posted at any forks or cross sections you may come across, so please take note of those. The cabin will be located on the right side, just as you make a sharp left incline up the road.
During snowy winter conditions, roads are typically cleared by snowplows, however, we recommend a 4x4 or a all-wheel drive vehicle.
