The house also has a large balcony, from which guests can enjoy the panorama of Mont Blanc in total tranquillity.

In the winter period:
Upon your arrival, the apartment will be preheated via electric heating, which can be replaced using the pellet stove with supplied fuel.

The apartment is equipped with a 43-inch ULTRA HD Smart TV, a table, 6 chairs and all the kitchen utensils for the stay of up to 6 people.

Guests will be able to make free use of the Wi-Fi service, access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as convenient parking reserved for the property.

The space is suitable for young couples who want to spend a romantic weekend at the foot of Mont Blanc, as well as for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a peaceful stay in the mountains. Pets are also allowed.

The green area and the walk up to the structure are private but always shared with the other owners of the two apartments of this magnificent house.
