We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room."

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. "Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host."
