Café da manhã bom, localização boa, porém, algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. Não tinha ferro de passar roupa, sanduicheira para misto quente no café da manhã, interfone do quarto não funcionava, banheiro bem velho (com infiltração no teto) todo com mofo. O hotel é grande tem centenas de quartos.

Café da manhã ruim , funcionários extremamente grossos e fechados . Trocamos de quarto duas vezes porau cheiro do banheiro que não passou . Hotel bem bagunçado , único ponto positivo é a localização e a atendente do beiju ( única funcionária atenciosa de todo hotel ).

O atendimento dos funcionários é bem ruim, com pouca hospitalidade. Parece que estao te fazendo um enorme favor quando voce gentilmente pergunta algo. Sobre as instalações no meu quarto tinha alguns pisos ocos e conforme eu passava fazia um barulho enorme. Sobre os quartos ao lado, alguns tinham problema na fechadura e fazia um enorme barulho pra fechar.

Foi muito bom o quarto grande limpo ,todos os dias foram trocadas as toalhas o quarto e banheiro tbm foram limpos todos os dias ,o café da manhã excelente várias variedades de frutas e lanches para escolher o hotel bem limpo.So achei os funcionários da recepção muito seco falta entusiasmo e simpatia são debochados e tbm o gerador que fica debaixo dos quartos faz muito barulho até tarde .
