"Communication with the owner - always a pleasant exchange. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Property itself - large, clean and nicely kept - met our needs as a group of 6 adult girlfriends. We were just there in mid-September and the weather was in the high 80's with low humidity. "This house was perfect for an extended weekend with family. Nice, clean, and updated, this home was well stocked to meet our needs with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, toilet paper. The home also had plenty of outdoor living space and seating for all of us to enjoy the weather. We will definitely be returning next year!"

"Property worked great for visiting family in Yorktown. House was very clean and very welcoming for guests. Traffic on the main drag was a bit heavy at times and also at above average rate of speeds making it somewhat worrisome when having to get to our vehicles with smaller children in our group. "Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity."
