"When you book a regular room, you get sent a couple blocks down the road to what looks like a "renovated " motel. We were directed by a man who had absolutely NO personality and was not welcoming at all. Yes, the rooms face the ocean, but they are not high quality. We spent $200 on this room, which should have costs $75. Windows were dirty, shower base was very mismtched and uncomfortable on your feet. We fought with the heating system too.
