"This was a last minute getaway for us and we are so glad we chose Windermere House. Beautiful building and property. Loved that all the amenities were available even though it was April. Hot tub and cold plunge pool was amazing and then relaxing in the sauna. Dinner around the fire with other guests in the evening was so nice. Only 1 night spent there and we will be back!"

"The staff, Charlene & Richard, were excellent with customer service. Both answered all my questions politely. The pool and hot tub were disappointing. It was clear the facilities need upgrading and the hot tub had green algae (?) on the outer side of the tub. The wall paper/paint was bubbled. The room was clean, but again there was signs of neglect and/or need of painting/wallpapering. "
