On Beach Time 2 is a very spacious, upgraded 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in the popular gated community of Barrier Dunes. This property is in beautiful condition and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 small children (sleeping in the king room with parents). This wonderful townhome enjoys a distant view of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony. From this unit, you are a very short walk to the beautiful beach where you can play in the sand, swim in the Gulf, walk and look for shells, fish, relax, or watch the magnificent sunsets of Cape San Blas!

The first floor of On Beach Time 2 is a large open concept living/dining/kitchen common area. The living area has a huge, comfortable sectional sofa, two chairs, and a large flat screen TV, which makes the perfect place for relaxing after a great day in the sun. The living area opens onto a large, screened porch with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Next to the living area is a great little space with a desk and chair for anyone who needs to work or study remotely. Between the living area and kitchen is a half bathroom for everyone's convenience.

The dining area has a nice table that seats four. And the breakfast bar has seating for two. The kitchen is very well-stocked with most everything you need to prepare family meals while you're on vacation. There is a full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker, an electric stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a Keurig coffee maker that uses K-cups and can also brew a full pot, a crock pot, a toaster, a blender, plenty of cookware, bakeware, dishes, and glassware.

Just off the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full size front-load washer and dryer and plenty of shelves and storage. And right next to the laundry closet is a huge custom-built pantry. Unlike many of the Barrier Dunes units, On Beach Time 2 truly gives you all the storage space you need for your groceries and supplies - regardless of how long you're staying.

Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms. The layout offers plenty of privacy. At the top of the stairs is the large and inviting master suite with a king bed, a large flat screen TV, and seating space that can be converted to basic sleeping space for up to 2 small children. The bedroom has a sliding door that opens onto the private balcony with two tall chairs to sit out and enjoy a view of the Gulf. Additionally, the master bathroom has a nice bathroom with a double sink vanity, a standard bathtub as well as a separate step-in shower, and a private toilet. The complete master suite provides the perfect place for a little "peace and quiet" to relax.

You walk down the hall to the bright and welcoming queen room on the opposite side of the townhome. This spacious bedroom offers a comfortable private space with a small step out balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity, a toilet, and a tub/shower combination.

These side-by-side properties are a great option for multi-generational families traveling together or two separate families who want to be next door to each other. On Beach Time is another upgraded property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sleeping space for 5-8 guests.

Outside, On Beach Time 2 has enough space to park two vehicles in the carport and driveway. For the beach, we provide 4 chairs and a beach cart to make it easy to get your gear to and from the beach. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off when you get back.

Barrier Dunes is a great community for guests of all ages. The streets are safe for everyone to walk or ride bikes. There are three beach access points, two community swimming pools, two tennis/pickleball courts, a wonderful playground with new equipment, and several ponds, where kids love to feed the turtles.
