"The cottage was perfect for our family reunion. Big enough for 11 adults and two children. The floor plan is spacious, so we never felt cramped. Some things in the house are a bit old, but still functional. We found the furnishings tasteful and harmonious. The kitchen equipment is sufficient even for a large group. Great cottage in a private setting with great swimming- shallow sandy-bottomed water for the youngsters, but deep off the dock. However: 1/ the yellow floatie thing on the beach and the blue-topped cabana in the background of the photo of the property don't exist. 2/ lower bunkbed is unusable due to lack of support for the mattress 3/ BBQ is past its prime: works, but on its way out. Lid falls off if you're not...

"The Jacuzzi suite was beautiful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the lock and the physical key wasn't available so we were unable to stay in this suite. Candace was amazing and was able to find us another suite for our stay. That suite was ok but not as nice as this one. That being said we enjoyed our stay and will return."

"The front desk was friendly and efficient. Our room had a wet spot in front of the fridge. If you happened to step in it, you would definitely end up with a wet sock. We had received a huge amount of snow in a very short time and this made things difficult to keep up with Overall our stay was what we needed it to be. Staff was great!"

"Just a great overall experience, we had a terrible AirBnb experience and we were stranded, we found this property last minute, and I was absolutely mind blown about how great the experience was. It was a fair price, free parking, no hidden fees. We plan on coming back here, especially to explore Midland, and especially what it has to offer! Great things to know, it is very close to a lot of the restaurants nearby and everything else is less than 5-10 minutes of a drive. The rooms are beautiful, they are even better than most of the hotels I have ever stayed in Niagara. I definitely recommend this! "

"So close and convenient off the highway, with anything you could possibly need so close by. Very clean (not a hair or dust bunny to be found) and super comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Don't expect the Ritz for this pricepoint and you won't be disappointed! Rooms facing the road may have a bit of traffic noise (as mine did) but this was easily blocked out with earplugs for sleeping, and I tend to be a light sleeper. Would stay again if passing through!"
